An essential element of planning a wedding is having an accurate calendar. Several web based services like Yahoo and Google provide a calendar that is easy to use and can be downloaded into a computer program and printed out for hard copy. Know where to be, with whom, and what information is not only a smart thing to know but makes the meeting go smoother. Enter all events, time, names, and contact information. In case of a problem, put cell phone numbers in the date and time just for those unexpected break downs.
